OFFICES AND COMMERCIAL BUILDING
The project is located in Capriano del Colle, in the South Province of Brescia, along an important road. The actual buildings will be demolished to construct a new building with retail and office spaces, in an area of 750 square meters. The two levels differ from each other in function and building material, despite the fact that both create a dialogue between the volumes. The upper level slides for 3 meter on the lower level, creating a porch to protect the shop and an access path to the offices. A staircase covered with brick elements connects the two volumes.
The ground floor, with a commercial function, is constructed with facing bricks and provided with large windows facing the road. The upper floor is made by four real estate units for offices and is equiped with a ventilated façade system, finished with panels of natural wood for the outdoor use. Each office has a private patio that increases the level of privacy and tranquility, creating a filter between the street and the unit.
