S1 S4
Residential buildings S1 and S4 form the second lot in masterplan Parmavera.
The building S1 is placed along the road, as symbol of the entire project and overlooks the new square shared with lot 1. The building consists of 5 floors building with apartments and a ground floor with common spaces. The apartments use a flexible structure: the two / three bedrooms apartments can be connected to create bigger size flats. Each apartment has a spacious balcony, shaded from the sun with bricks.
S4 extends along the park and overlooks it on the east side; it’s 4 plans height and it’s characterized by deep overhangs and balconies. The facades use a modular geometry; the shading is provided by sliding doors. The type of the accommodation are three and four bedroom apartments; the ground floor apartments are equipped with private garden.
