The project is placed in the south of Brescia, in an area characterized by the vertical development of the buildings, with a destination prevalently residential.
The core of the project is the public green space, developed at different heights: terraces on the west side and a connection with the existing park and overpass on the east. The project provides commercial and a restaurant blocks, placed under a continuous roof. This is a permeable element and it’s crossed by pedestrian paths from the street, next to the train station, and the park.
3 residential buildings are placed on the opposite side, that are characterized by a commercial ground floor and 6 floors with offices. Residences and offices are collected within the tower, which with its development of 140 meters in size and shape becomes a new urban landmark. The solid rises in height by an inclined plate.
