SANPOLINO SOCIAL HOUSING
The project is located in a suburban context of peripheral expansion.
The project combines a double sequence, each one composed by five apartments organized on two to three levels. The dimensions of the apartments have a usable area of 95/85/75 sqm. On the ground floor are placed the living room and the kitchen, with a space that disengages the bathroom and the access to the garage: the glazed living room opens to the outer space by setting up a visual and physical continuity between the interior and the exterior, through a covered area. The kitchen opens towards the garden. On the first floor the sleeping area is divided in its two versions (three bedrooms and one bathroom, two bedrooms and two bathrooms), that open towards the terrace. The endowment with suplimentary services (only for the six houses of 95 square meters and up) is completed on a third level placed in the basement, where there is a laundry that overlooks a small garden lowered at -3.00 m. The aggregation of individual units as proposed, guarantees the maximum protection and prevents the introspection among the other houses. The driveways are direct, with a garage connected to the street.
